How to use

You can use hyaluronic acid morning and evening, on cleansed face, in two ways:

1) In purity , alternatively or before the cream, applying 2 drops of product directly on the face and massaging until completely absorbed.

2) As a booster , adding 1 or 2 drops of product to your favorite face cream or serum. It will make the texture of the cream much lighter to the touch and easy to absorb, increasing its effectiveness!

Can I use more than one supplement at a time?

Yes you can use 2 In&Out supplements at the same time.

Can I use In&Out supplements during pregnancy?

Fitocell, Sun Vitamin, Hair Vitamin and Skin Purity supplements do not contain ingredients that are not recommended during lactation or pregnancy, but please consult your doctor/gynecologist before taking them. The Proage supplement cannot be taken during pregnancy as it contains amino acids.

Can I use In&Out supplements if I suffer from thyroid problems?

There are no contraindications, but if you suffer from a thyroid problem and want to take the supplement, you should refer to the package leaflet of the medication you are taking and consult your doctor.

Can the capsules be opened and diluted?

Generally speaking, we recommend not opening them to maximise absorption and efficacy. However, if you have difficulty swallowing the capsules, you can open them and pour them into a glass of water. Here are some useful notes in case you choose this type of intake:

- The taste and smell of the capsules may not be particularly pleasant as our supplements contain no flavourings or sweeteners :)

- If you suffer from acid reflux or heartburn, we recommend taking it after meals.
