Flower Forest soap
DIFFICULTY
INGREDIENTS:

- 380g Water

- 400g Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 270g Coconut Oil

- 200g Grape Seed Oil

- 80g Rice Bran Oil

- 50g Shea Butter

- 137g Sodium Hydroxide

- 15g Wildflower Honey

- 5ml Wild Pine Essential Oil

- 5ml Red Fir Essential Oil

- 5ml Juniper Essential Oil

- 1 level teaspoon Natural Chlorophyll Powder

- Freshly minced juniper berries and some whole ones, as well as minced fresh fir needles, 1 tablespoon.

Recipe submitted for the "Saponi e buoi dei paesi tuoi" self-production competition. Why does it represent the proverb "Saponi e buoi dei paesi tuoi"? Because it contains honey produced in the valley at 1500 meters, juniper berries, and red fir needles collected in the woods behind the house, as well as essential oils of wild pine, juniper, and red fir to evoke the scents of the forest. The soap's green color also recalls the colors of the woods. Additionally, each soap mold was made using a piece of fir wood and two fresh twigs.

Preparation

Made using the hot process method with a 6% lye discount.

I used the hot process method to preserve all the flavors and the green color. Honey, juniper berries, fir needles, as well as the essential oils and colorant, were added at the end of the cooking process.

How to use

Use as a normal soap.
