La Saponaria S.r.l., a Benefit Corporation based at Via Dei Trasporti 3-5, Pesaro (PU), is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004.
This accessibility statement applies to the website: www.la-saponaria.com

I – COMPLIANCE STATUS

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard.
The non-compliance issues are detailed below.

II – NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT

Between February and June 2025, the website underwent a structured accessibility evaluation to identify critical issues with respect to the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard.
This assessment determined a partial compliance status for the website’s functions.
Regular audits using a combination of automated tools and manual tests will be scheduled to ensure continued compliance after future updates.

1) Some buttons don’t have clear names: Certain buttons on the site don’t say clearly what they do when read by assistive technologies like screen readers, making it hard for blind or visually impaired users to use them.

2) Some links are unclear: There are links that don’t give enough information about where they will take you. This can confuse users who rely on screen readers or who need more context before clicking.

3) Some images don’t have text descriptions: Images are missing alternative text (called "alt text"), which means people who can’t see the images won’t know what they show or what their purpose is.

4) Low contrast between text and background: In some areas, the colors used for text and background are too similar, making it hard to read—especially for people with vision difficulties.

5) Clickable items are too small or too close together: Some buttons and links are too small or not spaced out enough, which can make it difficult to tap them on a phone or for users with limited hand mobility.

6) Headings are not in the right order: The titles and subtitles on the page don’t follow a logical order, which makes it harder for people using screen readers or keyboards to understand the page structure and move around easily.

7) Some technical roles and labels are used incorrectly: Behind the scenes, the website uses special labels meant to help screen readers understand how the site is built. Some of these are used incorrectly, which can confuse assistive technologies and the people who depend on them.
