DIY cream toothpaste

DIY cream toothpaste
DIFFICULTY
INGREDIENTS:

- 2 teaspoons of white (or green superfine) clay

- ½ teaspoon of baking soda

- vegetable glycerin as needed

- 2 drops of tea tree essential oil

- 2 drops of lemon (or mint) essential oil

This toothpaste should be used in small amounts, once a day and not for every brushing. It's a really great and effective treatment for your teeth! You can find many more recipes in Stefania's e-book! Read the interview we did with her!

Preparation

Mix the clay and baking soda, and add enough vegetable glycerin to obtain a creamy mixture. Add the essential oils and blend. Pour into a previously sterilized glass container.

How to use

Before rinsing the toothpaste with water, leave it to act for at least one minute without brushing so that the clay and essential oils can effectively perform their beneficial functions.
