Coenzyme Q10 is a molecule found in all cells of the body, which is why it’s also known as Ubiquinone. As the years go by, our bodies produce less and less of it, so it’s important to supplement it with a serum. This pure active ingredient has a powerful antioxidant action that counteracts the formation of free radicals, the cause of premature ageing. It enhances the effect of vitamin E and delays its oxidation, giving the face a younger, fresher appearance. At the same time, it is able to re-establish the lipid barrier, aiding the proper functioning of cell membranes and performing an effective protective action. It is an anti-ageing, energising and revitalising active ingredient that gives even the most tired skin a new glow!

How to use

You can apply Coenzyme Q10 to a cleansed face morning and evening, in two ways:

1) Pure, instead of or before your face cream. Apply 2 drops of product directly on your face and rub in until completely absorbed.

2) As a booster. Add 1 or 2 drops to your favourite face cream or serum. It will improve the efficacy of the cream or serum and make the texture light and easy to spread.

Yes, you can. Our CoenzymeQ10 can be used not only in summer, but also in the morning and in the evening. Just like every other Pure Actives, it is not photosensitizing.

It is an essential non-proteic substance that makes enzymes, which are proteic substances, operate. In other words, enzymatic reactions are not possible in the absence of coenzymes, like the most-known A and Q.

Can I combine Coenzyme Q10 with other Pure Actives?

Yes, you can. Within your beauty outine you can use different Pure Actives to achieve either a different or a more powerful action. Coenzyme Q10 is the only Pure Active to be oil-based, which makes it perfect to be used for a night massage together with Rosehip oil or to boost your face lotion.

Why is coenzyme Q10 yellowish?
