Mint toothpaste
DIFFICULTY
INGREDIENTS:

- 2g of baking soda

- 18g of white clay

- 30g of sorbitol (sweetener)

- 1g of polyglycerol-4 caprate (natural solubilizer)

- 5 drops of peppermint essential oil

Making toothpaste at home? It's very easy! With just a few ingredients and a short amount of time, you can create an eco-friendly toothpaste with the fresh scent of real mint, a gentle abrasive action, and a pleasant fresh breath. This recipe and the ingredients shown are part of the basic instinct kit. The photos are from the blog "Naturalmente Felice," which made the toothpaste after purchasing the kit.

Preparation

In a clean bowl, combine the clay and baking soda, mix well, and slowly add the sorbitol without forming lumps. Dissolve the essential oil in the polyglycerol and add it to the mixture. Et voilà, the toothpaste is ready!

How to use

For proper storage, do not dip the toothpaste into the container. Instead, apply the toothpaste to the toothbrush using a small spatula or a spoon.
