Many of you have asked us for recipes to create natural home creams and therefore we have chosen to include two new raw materials very useful for the formulation of water-in-oil emulsions and easy to use, the Caprylic Capric Trigliceride and the Polyglyceryl-3 Oleate (a vegetable emulsifier specific for this type of creams).

The first recipe that we propose is that of a very nourishing night cream rich in fatty substances (Difficulty of medium realization).

It is perfect for those with dry skin and is also useful for mature skin thanks to the oils used and the addition of vitamin E, avocado oil and extra virgin olive oil.

Here is the recipe for the moisturizing face cream shared by Stefano!

Recipe submitted to the "Saponi e buoi dei paesi tuoi" self-production contest. Why does it represent the proverb "Saponi e buoi dei paesi tuoi"? This soap draws inspiration from the beauty of Baltic amber, the roses of Polish gardens, and the natural honey from Polish bees. I would describe this soap with three adjectives: elegant, romantic, and delicate. It embodies the perfect combination of ingredients capable of awakening three senses of our body: the touch of amber powder, the scent of roses, and the taste of honey. Amber, attributed with magical characteristics, reminds me of the elegant and mysterious beauty of the Baltic Sea. The precious amber powder is used as a luxurious exfoliant, making the skin softer and smoother. Rose essential oil is known for its moisturizing, firming, and skin-repairing properties. Its wonderful scent will give you a feeling of happiness, thanks to its antidepressant properties. Additionally, rose petals create a refined composition with amber powder. Honey has relaxing, emollient, and soothing properties. This fantastic liquid gold will help keep your skin hydrated and fresh.

As promised, here is a recipe for making a fresh homemade after-sun cream. A cream designed to restore radiance and hydration to the skin after a day in the sun, thanks to the high content of aloe gel with its known anti-inflammatory properties (see also the recipe for aloe gel and the properties of aloe) and the presence of calendula oleate, an excellent soothing agent. Aloe and Calendula After-Sun Cream This is a simple, quick-absorbing, non-greasy O/W type formulation. The level of difficulty in making it is medium to high. (Before venturing into the magical world of emulsions, we recommend that those who are beginners get familiar with the world of DIY cosmetics with simpler recipes, such as aloe after-sun gel.) The resulting cream has excellent consistency, a final pH of around 5, so no adjustments are necessary. The ingredients used (INCI) are completely green and of plant origin.
