Thanks to the girls of La Stanza Bio for their new and delicious contribution :):

"Please do not prepare it if you are hungry because you run the risk of eating it instead of using it .. the scent of cocoa is irresistible ... it stays on the skin for a long time ...!"

Very simple and quick recipe for a fresh and effective deodorant experimented by our friend Natalia!

Our tireless friends at La Stanza Bio are always experimenting with new recipes... here is one they have just shared with us! Thank you girls and you have the floor :) : "Have you come back from the sea and feel like you have 'snake scale' effect skin? No Panic! If you follow this recipe, which is very easy to prepare, you'll have a very useful body butter in your hands to melt... you'll see what a beneficial effect it will have on your skin!"

We offer you another recipe that Laura has experimented for us: calendula and chamomile soap, emollient and anti-inflammatory, suitable for delicate skin!

But let's hear what our self-producing friend tells us:

”I would like to share with you one of my first recipes for home-made natural soaps. Driven by the desire to create a soap to use in the shower, that would avoid me buying shower gel and above all that would respond to the needs of my skin, I formulated this recipe thinking of one of my favorite flowers and which is best suited to my needs: the calendula. In fact, the main ingredient of this recipe is the marigold oil, very easy to self-produce at home, which embodies the anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and emollient properties of this beautiful flower; combined with the Chamomile infusion, it makes this soap suitable for those like me who have delicate skin, which tends to dry out and get irritated very easily. "

Here we are with a new recipe tested by the girls of La Stanza Bio:

”… This time we will learn how to prepare a solid perfume. Practical to carry in your handbag, perfect for any occasion! "

Below you will find a little recipe tested by the LaStanzaBio girls for a cream deodorant. Here is what Gioia and Silvia tell us: 'We use it every day and I must say that it works! The consistency is supposed to be similar to normal cream deodorants, and if you want, you can carry it in your handbag using a mini box like the one used for cream glosses, for example."

If you want to have the characteristic coconut smell, you must use virgin coconut oil (which is easily available in organic supermarkets) otherwise coconut oil has no smell.

The essential oil of ylang ylang can be replaced with that of sweet orange, according to your tastes!

Many of you have asked us for recipes to create natural home creams and therefore we have chosen to include two new raw materials very useful for the formulation of water-in-oil emulsions and easy to use, the Caprylic Capric Trigliceride and the Polyglyceryl-3 Oleate (a vegetable emulsifier specific for this type of creams).

The first recipe that we propose is that of a very nourishing night cream rich in fatty substances (Difficulty of medium realization).

It is perfect for those with dry skin and is also useful for mature skin thanks to the oils used and the addition of vitamin E, avocado oil and extra virgin olive oil.
