Niacinamide is a derivative of vitamin B3 (or niacin), ideal for combination and impure skin. It’s perfect for all oily skin, as well as for stressed skin and skin affected by pollution. Together with zinc, which has soothing and astringent properties, it is the perfect ally in the fight against pimples, blemishes and blackheads.

This extraordinary active ingredient is able to reduce sebum production and the appearance of new impurities, to soothe and dry existing ones and to make the skin texture firmer by reducing enlarged pores, redness from pimples and even acne scars, thanks to its depigmenting action.

Niacinamide + Zinc also plays an important role in protecting and strengthening the skin barrier, by preventing photoaging and preserving good skin hydration.

How to use

Niacinamide + Zinc can be applied morning and evening, on a cleansed face, in two ways:

1) Pure, instead of or before your face cream. Apply 2 drops of product directly on your face and rub in until completely absorbed.

2) As a booster. Add 1 or 2 drops of product to your favourite face cream or serum. It will improve the efficacy of the cream or serum and make the texture light and easy to spread.

Zinc can reduce the proliferation of bacteria and other microorganisms, soothe and dry out pimples and imperfections due to its astringent properties, and relieve redness while promoting normal skin physiology. In addition to these benefits, zinc forms a protective barrier against sunlight and atmospheric agents.

Can I use it in summer and in the morning?

Yes, you can. Our Niacinamide + Zinc is non-photosensitizing, just like all our Pure Actives.

Can I combine it with other Pure Actives?

Yes, you can. Within your beauty routine, you can combine more than one Pure Actives to achieve different or more powerful results.

- Niacinamide + Zinc and Vitamin C, it's better to apply one in the morning and the other in the evening. Niacinamide actually reduces the effect of Vitamin C, so it's unnecessary to use them together.

- Niacinamide + Zinc and AHA Peeling: It's better to avoid applying Niacinamide immediately after exfoliating the skin with a peeling because Niacinamide also has exfoliating properties. In this case as well, it's best to apply the two products at different times of the day.
